01General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "You") and kk34 ("kk34", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kk34.io. These Terms apply to all services, features, and content made available through kk34.io, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and all promotional offers.

02Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a kk34 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kk34 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering voluntarily and in your own name for your personal, recreational use only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on kk34 or any other gaming platform.

• You have not previously had a kk34 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

03Registration & KYC Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) kk34 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. kk34 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Documents

kk34 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in order to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at kk34's sole discretion:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your name and number)
• A selfie holding your ID document (for enhanced verification)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. kk34 will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed the required verification stage.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

kk34 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at kk34 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your kk34 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours. kk34 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kk34 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. kk34 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

kk34 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where the account's activity profile is inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns. Such checks may extend the withdrawal processing time by up to 5 business days.

05Bonuses & Promotions

kk34 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are completed.
• Standard wagering requirements at kk34 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — refer to the specific offer for a contribution table.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless a different expiry is stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• kk34 permits one active welcome bonus per new account. Existing players may hold one active reload bonus at a time.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and markets specified in the relevant promotion. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

kk34 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using a bonus in a manner that exploits low-risk wagering patterns to extract value without genuine gameplay; sharing bonus codes without authorisation; and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and the account closed.

06Games & Betting Rules

kk34 offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and crash game titles sourced from verified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game category operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of kk34.io.

Sports Betting

Disconnection & Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or live bet, kk34 will make every reasonable effort to restore the game state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. kk34 accepts no liability for losses arising from interrupted internet connections on the player's end.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kk34 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such vulnerability must be reported to kk34 support immediately
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against kk34
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other financial crime through the kk34 platform

• Sharing your kk34 account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account

08Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kk34.io for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kk34 content without prior written authorisation from kk34. Any unauthorised use of kk34's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the kk34 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures or interrupted internet connectivity on the player's end
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks, etc.)
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to read and understand applicable game rules or bonus terms
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions to the kk34 service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond kk34's reasonable control

In all cases where kk34 is found to be liable, kk34's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your kk34 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Termination

kk34 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is identified as being involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC verification
• kk34 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body

You may close your kk34 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13Amendments to These Terms

kk34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kk34 will endeavour to notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the kk34.io homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the kk34 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the kk34 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
